  • MONDAY MORNING MASHUP – Start your week with this unique training class that will wake up your muscles, increase your cardio system, burn calories and leave you breathless.
  • SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC – Move to the music with a variety of exercises geared towards the older adult to increase strength, range of motion and activities of daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a silver sneakers ball and chairs are used for resistance and stabilization.
  • SILVER SNEAKERS MIDDAY MOVERS – This class is designed for older adults to increase their mobility and endurance through aerobic exercise.
  • SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIOFIT – Easy to follow low impact movements will help to improve your overall fitness level.
  • EARLY BIRD CYCLE BURN –Start your morning with a bright and early cycle challenge, get in, get fit and get going!
  • CYCLE BURN – Get ready to work your entire body in the “Party OverHere” cycle class. Burn calories using arm pumps, jumps, sprints and more.
  • TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION – Challenge your cardiovascular conditioning level with an added twist of strength training, utilizing dumb bells, tubing & a step bench.
  • CARDIO BURN – This high energy cardio class takes you from lo impact to high impact exercises, adding in challenging segments of class competition.
  • HIIT CLASS – Is a high intensity interval training class that alternates between weight training and cardiovascular exercises.
  • F.I.T. –This class trains and helps you to grow, using interval one of a kind moves and heart pumping music. You never know what to expect. Life is always changing, so should your workouts!
  • FUSION BLAST – Is a rhythmic, upbeat, diversifying dance movement. This class is a stress relieving, heart pumping, Total body workout. Gear up for multiple music genres and many dance styles all in one. let’s move, Release and Let go!
  • BOOTCAMP – Bootcamp is a type of outdoor/indoor group fitness class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
  • CARDIO KICK –Is a fusion of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. You will strengthen your upper body and virtually see more muscle definition
  • CORE-N-MORE – This is not your average get on the floor and do crunches core class! Strengthen your entire core (total abs and back) with multiple standing and mat exercises.
  • CARDIO PUMP– Fat burning cardio class to high tempo music.
